Manorville FD responds to a Truck Fire on the LIE

On Sunday, March 2nd @ approximately 1335 Hours, Manorville FD was activated to respond to a reported vehicle fire. Upon arrival, 5-16-31 confirmed a working truck fire on the east bound lanes, just east of exit 70. Engine 5-16-2 was first due and started a line to extinguish the fire. Manorville FD Mutual Aid to the Jennings Creek Wild Fire

On Friday, November 15, the Manorville Fire Department along with the North Babylon Fire Department responded upstate NY to assist with the Jennings Creek Wild Fire in Green wood Lake Area. 8 Members spent 3 days assisting with extinguishing spot fires and assisting with protecting houses along Edgemere Ave on Greenwood Lake in Warwick NY. ESM Jr.-Sr. High School First Responder Plaza Dedication Ceremony

On Friday, November 1st at 1500 Hours, the ESM Jr. Sr. High School held a First Responder Dedication Ceremony for the new First Responder Plaza that was recently built. Manorville FD Responds to a Structure Fire

On Tuesday October 15th, at 22:14 Hours, Manorville FD was activated to respond to a reported Structure Fire on Pondway in Pine Hills Golf Course. Manorville Fire Dept. 1st Assistant Chief Rosario was first on scene and reported a a working Shed Fire with visible Fire coming out the roof. Manorville FD Fire Prevention Open House

On Friday, October 4th, the Manorville FD held it's annual Fire Prevention Open House. We had Vehicle Extrication Demo, Over Fire Demo, and a Burn House Demo (videos links below). Eastport South Manor Teachers Association was on site giving out Free books to all. Manorville FD @ ESM High School Homecoming Bonfire

On Friday, September 27th @ 1800 Hours, Manorville FD was at the ESM High School Homecoming Event. Manorville Fire and Eastport Fire Department, both supported the event with setting up and managing the bonfire. Each year the school asks both departments to help support this event. Manorville FD Responds to a Motor Vehicle Accident on the Railroad Tracks

On Wednesday August 21st @ 2132 Hours, Manorville FD was toned out for a Motor Vehicle Accident on the railroad track at the Connecticut Avenue railroad crossing. Manorville FD used our Brush Truck to remove the car from the railroad tracks. No persons where injured and there was no train involved.
